There will always be a major turning point in life, and my turning point may be the day I came to Fengqiao. In the days when I came to the company, growth and learning have always been the main theme of my work. I understand that as a technician, the first thing to do is to do every step carefully, conscientiously and responsibly. Secondly, the process flow, drawings and specifications need to be very familiar with. In spare time, we should continue to learn relevant professional knowledge and arm ourselves with knowledge.
After nearly a year's hard work, I have encountered difficulties and opportunities during this period. I know that every time the company gives me opportunities, it is my trust, my test, and even my training. Indeed, born in distress, died in peace. In today's competitive social environment, only by forcing oneself to learn, to stand on one's own feet, to challenge, and to keep a tight chord at all times, can one realize the fullness, richness and significance of life. Knowing this way of living in my heart, I soon mastered the right way to work. I know that only when one truly understands the great role of thought can environment not be an excuse for failure.
I have learned a lot from my work, which adds infinite impetus to my future work. I like the practical spirit of our company: "Start from scratch and pursue perfection". A person should do the same. Only starting from doing every little thing well can we accumulate more experience. The setbacks and failures in work are inevitable. When faced with difficulties, we can learn a lot from them and learn a lot of experience. People who can't stand setbacks can't do a good job because they can't be satisfied with everything in life or work.
I can learn different things from success and failure, which keeps me growing and improving. I understand that our technical service personnel should sum up more experience from the implementation of various projects, in order to truly provide quality services to customers, down-to-earth practice. At the same time, in the process of work, we can not live up to the company's concern and expectations for us, everyone should do their best to do their own work, contribute to the development of the company.
Start from scratch, constantly introspect and pursue perfection. In the name of Fengqiao people, they are not afraid of difficulties and move forward.
